Delay:
 Due To Customs: Holding of parcels at the Customs is fully unexpected. Any parcel can be held at the customs department of any country which the parcel goes through. The customs is a higher authority, over which one has no control. Whenever a parcel is held at customs, we do not know the reason of it being held, neither do we know about the time in which it would be released, nor do we know if the parcel would be released at all.

Generally, when a parcel is held with the customs, it is released within a few days.
Sometimes, it takes a while. And if we're unfortunate, it isn't released at all!
So basically, we are not responsible for the delay due to customs, Please Understand.
